Roessler’s Restaurant, established in 1978, is a family-owned fine dining establishment located at 2033 Vamo Way in Sarasota, Florida. Renowned for its traditional continental cuisine, the restaurant offers a refined dining experience set amidst nearly three acres of meticulously landscaped gardens, featuring a picturesque lake with a bridge and gazebo.

Culinary Excellence:
Under the guidance of Chef Klaus A. Roessler, a European-trained culinary expert and former youngest Executive Chef in the Hyatt Corporation, Roessler’s presents a menu that emphasizes high-quality ingredients and classic preparation techniques. Signature dishes include:
• Escargot à la Bourguignonne: A house specialty, baked in a garlic herb butter.
• Veal Scaloppine: Available in Marsala or Piccata styles, featuring tender veal with mushroom wine sauce or lemon caper sauce.
• Center Cut Filet Mignon: Certified Black Angus, aged to perfection, with optional Bordelaise or Au Poivre styles.

Wine Selection:
The restaurant boasts an award-winning wine list, recognized by Wine Spectator’s Best of Award of Excellence, offering a diverse selection to complement its menu.

Dining Experience:
Roessler’s provides an elegant atmosphere suitable for special occasions, featuring a fireplace room with scenic views. The establishment is open for dinner from Monday to Saturday, starting at 5:00 PM, and is closed on Sundays. Reservations are recommended and can be made by calling 941.966.5688.
